Polyetherimide (PEI)
Polyetherimide ( PEI ) is an amorphous, amber transparent, high-performance thermoplastic with the characteristics similar to PEEK. Relative to PEEK, it is less temperature-resistant, less expensive, and lower in impact strength. It is prone to stress cracking in chlorinated solvents.
